It was interesting and educational. You write so beautifully, I wish I could write half as well. We went to Flagstaff for the 4th, and enjoyed ourselves so much. The cool weather, the pine trees, foxes strolling in the back yard, and watching the humming birds fighting over the sugar water all made it a delightful trip. In another week or so, I am going to write an article about Chinese food and hospitality. I think or I hope you will enjoy reading it. I have some friends coming so I have to work on my menu.
