I’m sorry that she is not here to see it all happen along with the rest of us. The changes that lie ahead of us will be historic, significant, and life-changing for all of us. Even though she would not be voting, I think that Mom would be very pleased to see an African-American man finally get the chance to be our President and become the most powerful man in the world.
