Palin made a huge and positive impact with millions of Americans – people who were bright enough to see through the media driven bias that put a negative spin on every little thing they could find out about her.

We’ve seen many crooked politicians in our lifetimes - ignorant, stupid and greedy politicians serving in almost every government office, both elected and appointed. Some have been exposed for who they were and publicly disgraced. Some were arrested and charged. A few even went to jail. Many continue to hold their government positions in spite of their criminal behavior. Based [...]
It is already becoming clear that President-elect Obama, by nominating Paul Volker and Robert Gates (among others) to take Cabinet level positions, is taking both the job of being President and fulfilling his campaign promises seriously, by taking a non-partisan approach to filling his Cabinet and departmental appointments.
We wish him well and hope that he is successful in turning around the ship of government soon.

Approximately 12 midnight on November 4, 2008, President-Elect Obama, his wife Michelle and his two young daughters appeared on stage in front of an estimated 75-100,000 cheering fans in a Chicago park. Obama will be the 44th President of the United States and the first African-American to hold that esteemed office. Using a style reminiscent of John Kennedy, but with the cadence and emphasis of Martin Luther King, Jr., Obama called upon everyone to support his efforts and to offer to serve their country.

The Editors hope that our little bit of free advertising on Mr. Tom Chereck’s behalf, and for his Republican Party, will prove to our detractors that we actually can be non-partisan, fair minded, and non-judgmental.

With less than two weeks left in the 2008 Presidential campaign, there is a lot of discussion in the media about the possibility that Barack Obama might lose to John McCain in spite of Obama’s almost overwhelming lead in the public opinion polls. This could be due, say the pundits, to the so-called “Bradley Effect.” Discover the facts behind Mayor Bradley’s failed campaign to be California’s first African-American Governor.

Your right to vote is not only being threatened, but your ballot will be mistreated and probably miscounted – if it is counted at all. There is not one single voter, politician, precinct, or government entity in the United States that can guarantee that any ballot cast this November will be counted and tallied fairly and correctly.

John McCain and Barack Obama met up one last time in their third televised debate on October 15th – this time in New York. McCain seemed to be either always on the attack or fidgeting in his seat during the entire debate. Obama, on the other hand, was respectful, thoughtful, soft-spoken and very deferential to McCain. They were a study in contrasts. It is not surprising that McCain’s polling numbers fell and Obama’s jumped up by several percentage points over the next two days.

The Alaskan state investigation concluded that Governor Sarah Palin was guilty of abuse of her power when she fired Public Safety Commissioner Walt Monegan in July. The Alaska legislature then voted to release 263 pages of the report on the “Troopergate” scandal.
But when she was asked by a reporter if she had abused her power as Governor, Palin responded, “No, and if you read the report you’ll see that there was nothing unlawful or unethical about replacing a cabinet member. You gotta read the report.”
