Originally from Southern California, John Hoyle now resides in central Oregon after retiring from the real estate lending industry in 2007.
In 2001 he began consulting, designing websites, and providing online marketing services for a select group of clients. Politically independent, John voted for candidates from both parties. Disappointed to some degree with all of the Presidents since John Kennedy, he rates George W. Bush as totally incompetent and the all-time worst President.
John created JustOneOpinion.com in 2001 and completely updated and redesigned the site during 2008. He hopes that it will become an effective First Amendment forum, allowing some new writers to express their concerns about current affairs and to offer suggestions for improving the American political system.

Now living in Arizona and Michigan, Richard Kelly retired in 1997 after a 33-year career as a manufacturing executive. He started writing in 1998, publishing his first book in 2007.
At one time an avid Republican, Kelly now considers himself a fiscal conservative and social libertarian. He became disenchanted with the Republican party when he felt that Ronald Reagan opened the door to evangelical Christians who were dedicated to legislating their own peculiar brand of righteousness.
After eight years of the Bush Administration and government policies promoting the merger of church and state, Kelly now has a raging passion to speak out, hoping that it is not too late to make a difference. For that reason, he joined the staff of JustOneOpinion.com at the urging of his longtime friend, John Hoyle.
