He is not decisive and I am beginning to think he can't or won't make decisions of importance. He is relying too much on staff who have not demonstrated a lot of smarts and he is surrounding people of lesser value than himself. A corporation would fail with this approach. I also think he is looked at by the world as a buffoon not a celebrity.
